A Note from
Our Founder
Working with entrepreneurs to grow a young business can be both stressful and exciting. It takes a tremendous amount of grit, creativity, and downright hard work to get a company off the ground and thriving. And I love it!
Over the years, I’ve discovered that small to medium sized business owners need experienced, strategic help but worry they can’t afford it since they don’t need it full time. It can be hard to find seasoned people willing to live in the tension of the early years. That’s when it struck me – I could work with multiple companies, all in my favorite stage of the business cycle, at the same time. They get the experience they need at a price they can afford. It’s a win-win.
I truly enjoy working with businesses to solve their operating challenges and grow, and I hope to have the opportunity to work with yours as well.

Robert Turner
COO
Robert has built high-performance teams and accomplished cross-functional integration within multiple CPG companies and various industries. He has also supported growth through contract negotiation, acquisition, and engagement with Economic Development Commissions (EDC).
Robert’s areas of strength include strategic planning, supply chain, business process and system implementation, product innovation, enterprise resource planning, and manufacturing.
Cindy Turner
CPA
Cindy’s experience ranges from Big 4 public accounting audit to basic bookkeeping. She has worked with multiple CPG companies alongside national retailers and understands their unique systems and processes.
Cindy’s areas of strength are financial reporting, data analysis, inventory tracking, ERP transitions, and supporting both financial audits and tax work. She enjoys serving her clients and helping them feel at ease during what is usually a stressful time in their business.
